Product Introduction:
The DH-LT-02 sealing tester adopts the negative pressure test principle and is suitable for sealing tests of soft packaging in the food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electronics and other industries. The test can effectively compare and evaluate the sealing process and sealing performance of soft packaging, providing a scientific basis for determining relevant technical indicators. It can also test the sealing performance of test pieces after drop and pressure resistance tests.
Testing Principle:
Using compressed air as the power source, the vacuum chamber is vacuumed through the vacuum generating device. The sample is placed in the vacuum chamber and submerged in the water. The vacuum tank is evacuated to create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sample immersed in water. The sealing performance of the sample can be judged by observing the expansion of the sample or the overflow of gas (bubbles) in the sample.
