Application

Its main function is to make the product meet the quality and color required by customers. In order to meet customer requirements, the experimental results and their ratios are used in the production line. This machine is also the equipment for mixing the experimental raw materials and compounding agents evenly.

1. Mixing chamber volume: 1L, which is related to the density of the material. The greater the density, the greater the weight;

3.  Reducer: The base and frame are made of mild steel welded structure and contain a forced lubrication circulation system;

Rotor: Two-edge, synchronous rotor structure (can also be designed and manufactured according to the rotor structure diagram provided by the user), the front and rear rotor speed ratio is 1:1.20 or ST synchronous rotor, cast steel is tempered and hardened, and the surface is hard chromium plated; the bearing is Ball shaft roller bearing; bearing lubricating oil bath; maximum rotor speed: 1.0L: 36 rpm;
