DH-300 is one of the densimeter that have been widely applying in industry,as the medium of water,the density value can be displayed after two steps.Compared with traditional densimeter,there is no calculation by hand,which is more convenient.

With completed injection moulding testing plat,and the high transparency water sink that built in imported PC.Testers can inspect the samples in water clearly.the suspension wire made up of 0.5mm stainless steel is perpendicular to nacelle,which would not touch the water sink,therefore accuracy of the test result can be ensured.DH-300 also can be applied to metal,powder,ceramics,fireproofing materials,magnetic materials,mechanical parts,mineral and rock,cement,precious metal,jewellery.,etc.

1. Place sample on testing board to measure weight in air,press ENTER key to memory.
2. Place ample into water to measure weight in water,press ENTER key to memory. Density value will be displayed.

Tips:

How to Make Water Temperature Compensation

The specific gravity of specimen to water can be measured by this instrument when use water as measuring solution.Since specific gravity of water would be changed along with water temperature,there is necessary to do temperature compensation in base with specific gravity 1.0000 at 4ºC of water.As for water temperature compensation coefficient,this instrument was stored of memory value for 0~49ºC.Using thermometer to get actual temperature before testing,then revise the temperature to the one shows up in thermometer.(specific gravity would differ 0.001 if the difference between water temperature is 6ºC).Default temperature of this machine is 25ºC.Temperature value and other value would be revised by long-press A key.Here below is detail procedure.

(2) Press A to revise numbers.Press ZERO to shift

(3) Press ENTER to confirm after revise,then get back to measuring mode.

 

How to make solution compensation

Since measuring special materials need to use other medium as testing solution,it is necessary to revise density of solution to make compensation for measuring result.Here below is detail procedure:

(1) Long-press A till screen display  C25 

(2) Then press B one time to enter into solution density setting

(3) Press  A to revise numbers.Press  ZERO to shift

(4) Press ENTER to confirm after revise,then get back to measuring mode
