The synchronous thermal analyzer can detect TGA/DSC information at the same time, and has a wide range of measurement, including: thermal stability, redox, decomposition behavior, corrosion research, decomposition kinetics analysis, melting/crystallization, solid phase transition, crystallinity, glass transition, etc.
The synchronous thermal analyzer is widely used in research and development, process optimization and quality monitoring in various fields such as plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metal materials and composite material.
The working principle of the synchronous thermal analyzer is based on the temperature change of the sample and the conduction, absorption and radiation of heat. It controls the temperature of the heating furnace to heat, cool and maintain the temperature of the sample, and then detects and records the temperature change and corresponding physical and chemical properties of the sample.
1. The furnace body heating adopts double-row winding of precious metal alloy wire to reduce interference and is more resistant to high temperature.
2. The tray sensor is made of precious metal alloy trays, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. The power supply, circulating heat dissipation part and the main unit are separated to reduce the influence of heat and vibration on the microthermal balance.
4. The upper cover structure is adopted, which is easy to operate and has an exhaust gas output port, which is convenient for expanding the connection of infrared and other equipment.
5. The main unit uses an isolated heating furnace to isolate the thermal influence of the chassis and the microthermal balance.
6. The furnace body adopts double insulation, which has better linearity.
7. The imported weighing system uses a ceramic rod to connect with the sample tray, which can be plugged in and out; the sample rod can be replaced according to different experiments to meet different test requirements.
